Lord Jesus, let me ever rejoice in the grace of God, in the redemption which You so wondrously won for me, in the life that is mine through Your life, and in the confidence that is mine in the knowledge that You are living and acting for me. Move me to exhibit genuine Christian character as a way of giving You thanks, to the glory of Your holy name and as a light shining in a dark world. Amen.

That hope is built upon the blessed truth that we have been redeemed from our death and given life through our Savior.
