The Junior Walther League

The Junior Walther League was organized in 1926, and is sponsored by the Senior Walther League. All the newly confirmed members of Immanuel Lutheran Church are eligible for membership for three years after confirmation at which time their membership is automatically transferred to the Senior League.

The objectives of this organization are the same ten as are listed for the Senior League, the only difference being that they are carried out by a different age group.

A joint business and social meeting is held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, usually in the Sunday School auditorium. However, many of the meetings during the summer months are held outdoors.

The present officers are: David Eilenfeldt, president; Shirley Olson, vice-president; Sylvia Hendley, secretary; and Kathryn Silber, treasurer.
